Katie is a Professional Certified Coach specializing in Leadership, Executive, and Personal Career Transition. She is also licensed to administer the Genos EI assessment, as well as the New Retirement Success Profile Assessment, and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Her passion is to share what she has learned and applied to her corporate roles with as many leaders and individuals as possible, to ease the stress of daily challenges. Katie believes that understanding ourselves and acknowledging emotions in the workplace are both essential to individual, organizational and corporate success. She's passionate that this approach assists in transforming what can be a high pressure, and sometimes-cold environment to a more effective, productive, and positively charged atmosphere. For over 20 of her 28-year career, Katie has held numerous management and leadership positions. Interacting with executives, working with staffs and colleagues globally, she personally experiences the many challenges which executives and leaders face in today's demanding corporate culture. In her various positions, she has had leadership roles spanning strategic project teams to large operational organizations consisting of several hundred employees . She has integrated her coaching and emotional intelligence skills and knowledge effectively to manage the ever-changing dynamics and minimize workplace conflicts. Katie has had extensive mentoring and operational experience, and has coached hundreds of individuals in her leadership roles.

Katie sees coaching as one profession that encourages a view of individuals and life holistically, where successes and challenges in one area of life easily impact all other areas. As such, her coaching practice is not limited to the career aspect of a client's life, but includes personal growth, with a focus on a deep understanding of self.

 Katie is an animal lover and fascinated by all things spiritual and metaphysical. She has recently developed an interest in quantum physics and in psychology. She sincerely believes we each are own best adviser and counselor.
